More about Giorgis Prize
If you are looking for an appaloosa race or barrel race horse don't overlook this yearling filly. She has been DNA tested and has the leopard (LP) gene so she is regular ApHC registered. She has the white eye, striped hooves, is starting to roan as can be seen in the last photo, and is developing mottled skin. Besides great confirmation she is out of my best producing mare. Her dam has 3 starter, 2 ROM, 2 winners, 3 stakes placed, 1 multiple stakes winner (Cajun Prize) that set a new track record at Wyoming Downs. Cajun Prize has 7 wins, with 4 wins out of 5 starts this year and three of those starts were against quarter horses. Her second dam is the good race mare Maple Fox that from 12 starts had 5 wins, 4 seconds, and 2 thirds.
Her sire produced Giorgina that has won two stakes races. First, at Wyoming Downs she won a race for fillies and mares running against some of the best mares in the NW. On September 22nd she won the Van Adams Memorial Maturity at Pocatello Downs going 300 yards in 15.424 seconds for a 104 SI.
